I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and I must say, it was a truly luxurious experience. The location of this place was absolutely stunning. Situated on a hilltop near to a charming monastery, I enjoyed breathtaking views of the surroundings, including the majestic Mt. Kanchenjunga. It was a sight to behold, especially since the fog usually obscures the view. The hotel staff were incredibly hospitable and provided excellent service. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and catered to my every need. From room service to housekeeping, everything was top-notch. I also appreciated the amenities offered, such as the spa and wellness center, fitness center, and game room. This place certainly knows how to pamper its guests.
I can highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a wonderful getaway. This place offers everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We loved the beautiful views of the Himalayan ranges from the backside of the hotel. The buffet spread was wide and the food quality was great. The staff was helpful and the hotel had a good spa. It was also located near the highest altitude station in the world.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Located close to the world-famous Ghum railway station, this hotel has some of the best views in the area. The rooms are well-maintained and have all the necessary amenities, including a heater for the chilly nights. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection, and the staff is very helpful. Additionally, the hotel is situated close to Ghum monastery, adding to the overall experience.
The hotel needs to improve its food quality and service to match the quality of the rooms and location.

Great place to stay and enjoy nature. the rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. the food was decent and satisfying, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the hiking trails that were easily accessible from the hotel and the beautiful gardens that surrounded the property.
We did have some issues with the slow service at the restaurant and some of the amenities were not functioning properly. the gym equipment was outdated and some of the books in the library were not updated.
